Yoga Classes
Hatha, Vinyasa and alignment-led group practice.
Boutique wellness sanctuary · Kharghar
Experience yoga beyond movement through mindful alignment, meditation, breathwork and sound healing, thoughtfully designed for modern lifestyles.
Why Green Tara
Green Tara is not a gym or a fitness class. It is a small, personal sanctuary, where yoga is taught the way it was received, with warmth and precision.
Small batches so each posture is seen, corrected, and cared for.
Rooted in classical lineage, not diluted, not commercial.
Practice woven with the wisdom that shaped it, gently and clearly.
Pranayama, yoga nidra and sound healing for the modern nervous system.
Rooms held to a handful of students, never a crowd.
1000+ hours of certified training and a lifetime of practice.
Precision without pressure. Your body, honoured as it is.

Meet your founder
Founder · Certified Yoga Instructor · Sound Healer
Kanishka's practice began, quietly, as a way to hold her own life together. It grew, through Bali, through Rishikesh, through a thousand mornings on the mat, into a devotion, and then into Green Tara.
Her mission is simple and specific: to help stressed professionals restore their balance through yoga, meditation, pranayama, yoga nidra, philosophy and sound healing. Not the performative kind. The real kind, slow, precise, quietly transformative.
"However you arrive, you are welcome here. Come home to yourself."
